Restorative yoga: Extended Hand to Foot Pose, Supine

Exercise of the week!This pose helps to open the hips and reduce low back pain. Using the strap  feel the stretch in the back of your lifted leg. Keep the other foot flexed and your buttocks equally balanced on the floor. Hold for 3-5 breaths and repeat on the other leg.
