A recipe by Petretzikis reminded me of my student years.
I was a track and field athlete who really loved eating candy, so I tried to find something healthy but sweet…and I made my own recipe . Of course, I still remember my mother saying that the oat was given to the animals in the village and that I was eating disgusting things.
Here is my recipe:
- 1 cup of oat
- 3 cups milk of your choice (or water)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cocoa (the stronger the better)
- 1 vanilla
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Chocolate and banana pieces for garnish
The secret is the low heat, so that the oat with the milk become cream.
It’s about two servings… I used to finish the whole dish…
Great idea for breakfast or something sweet!
