Oatmeal Recipes

Oats are a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.This list of healthy oatmeal recipes brings you many oatmeal flavor combos.

1) Oats with milk  in the microwave for 2 minutes. Add banana, cranberries and cinnamon.

2) Oats with milk in the microwave for 2 minutes. Add banana, cinnamon and  raisins.

3) Oats with milk in the microwave for 2 minutes. Add apricot jam, cranberries and cinnamon.

4) In the mixer: 2 egg whites, 1 banana, 3 tablespoons oats , bake in a non-stick pan. Add cinnamon, walnuts and cranberries.

5) In the mixer: 1 tablespoon milk and 3 tablespoons oats, 5 slices of banana or 2 strawberries. Put it in a cup, then unmold and add pieces of banana or strawberry respectively.
