This chocolate cake has an amazing moist, dense texture and a healthy profile
You will need:
. 1 cup self-raising flour
· 1 cup brown sugar
· 1 cup low-fat milk
· 1/3 cup light oil
· 1 egg
· 2 vanillas
· 1 pinch of salt
· 1/2 teaspoon soda
· 1 teaspoon baking powder
· 1/2 cup cocoa
Bake at 180oC for about 1 hour.
