Healthy ice cream

This ice cream is lower in fat and calories, healthy and very tasty!

You will need:

150 g of banana
200 g almond or coconut milk
50 g of wholemeal tahini
10 g of acacia honey
50 g of Iiogenix protein with Ferrero Rocher flavor (ebodies Vassilis Pallis)

Preparation:

Melt the banana in a bowl with the tahini and honey
Add some milk and mix well
Add the protein and the rest of the milk and mix until smooth
You can add chopped nuts
Place in small bowls in the freezer
Let it thaw for 5-10 minutes

Note: Use peanut butter or hazelnut butter instead of honey tahini
