Delicious, homemade and full of energy!
You will need:
• 2 pieces of 100% KAKAU WORSHIP chocolate
• 2 tablespoons of INSULINE DOWNER
• 1 tablespoon VEGALINA hazelnut cream
• 2 tablespoons of COCONUT BUTTER
• 1/2 cup raw & unsalted nuts, grated
• 1-2 teaspoons of Acacia honey
Preparation:
-Cut the chocolate into pieces
– In a bain marie , melt the pieces of chocolate in low heat
-Add the COCONUT BUTTER and then the INSULINE DOWNER
-Stir until all ingredients are melted
-Add the hazelnut cream and the Acacia honey, depending on how sweet you want your chocolates to be
-And finally add the nuts to the mixture
-The final product should be firm, but it should flow with a spoon as it will be “poured” into the forms
