When creating your sanctuary think in terms of stimulating your senses: choose a lovely view or place objects you love to gaze on nearby, have favorite music to hand and a luxurious throw to snuggle into, burn favorite oils or candles while you relax …
Just a few minutes in your sanctuary each day will chill you out-and the effects are cumulative . The more time you spend there, the more quickly you ‘ll respond to its power to calm you right down.
