What is TRX?
It consists of two straps that offer a total-body workout, centered on the core and belly. Proper exercises contribute to fat loss, especially from legs and belly, muscular strength and body sculpt…all necessary for the summer.
However, attention is needed since al the exercises are demanding and should be done under Personal Trainer’s supervision to avoid injuries.
Here is a short but also effective training program:
Exercise 1 (legs – quadriceps)
Squats (3 set x 15 rep)
Exercise 2 (back –shoulder blades)
High row (3 set x 15 rep)
Exercise 3 (chest)
Chest presses (3 set x 15 rep)
Exercise 4 (aerobic-legs/belly/arms)
Skipping (alternate non stop jumps for 30’’, 3 set x 15 rep)
