- Agritourism experience: the olive picking, the journey from the picking to our table
- For those who would like to walk, there will be a guided hiking activity on the Farmakides path and a visit to the waterfall

Saturday 23/11
- Departure from Athens
- Thermopylae, Alamana and Gorgopotamos visitation
- Arrival at Loutra Ypatis and lunch in Mouries
- Hotel check in
- High light: PILATES SESSION at the park of Loutra Ypatis with Anastasia Mavrou
- High light : the evening visit to the “morfoneria”… the famous hot thermal baths of Psoroneria
- Tsipouro and fun at our friend Kostas’ café Argo
Sunday 24/11
- Breakfast
- 1st choice:
The journey of the olive to our table…experiential experience
- 2nd choise:
A walk to the path of the Farmakides - Lunch at Mouries
- Optional stop to Café Argo for a coffee or mountain tea
- Games and fun activities at the park
- In case there is interest and wish for participation, we can arrange horse riding
- Departure for Athens, 21:00-22:00 estimated time of arrival
