It’s going to happen – people are going to irritate you at this time of year. Choose to not engage: simply nod, smile, and walk away from any annoying conversation. These choices can be a huge sanity saver at this time of year. And they also remove a lot of bad energy from your life.
FOR YOUR BODY
Drink water. Have two big glasses as the very first thing you do when you get up in the morning. And then, every time you go to eat or drink something , just have one small glass of water first.
Eat from a smaller plate.When we’re eating yummy food we tend to clear our plate even if we’re full. So choose a smaller plate and you’ll find yourself feeling ‘sated’ rather than full once you’ve eaten everything on it.
Move your body for 20 minutes. It doesn’t have to be done in one hit either.

Take time to breathe. This is such a simple thing but one that is quickly and easily forgotten in the general frantic-ness of December.
