It is an old proverbwhich I endorse and use in my daily life but also in my group training programs, especially in Aero-fight.
This program started based on tae- box and it has evolved into a very interesting team-alternative-course in a combination with a shade fight- contact-fitness.
It can be adapted to trainees with different levels of physical condition simultaneously and it is demanding, sometimes exhaustive, but it “intrigues” you to follow the program to the end of the workout even if you are a beginner in fitness or in fighting technique and body posture whilst the hits.
The rhythm of the music guides your steps as you embody a role of a “hero / fighter” with knowledge of different styles of martial arts which others are traditional and others you had not imagined until now.
So you find yourself following a synchronized set so fanatical and “hardcore”. You are unwittingly carried away by the “delirium” of feelings and you exceed your limits in every workout and even more you stay stunned by the changes in your body … and in your soul .
The strength, resistance and flexibility exercises follow one each. At the same time you ignore fatigue and body stress and you get prospects..
With your boxing gloves or not, with a simple or a special boxing equipment … your presence is enough ……I take care for the rest … if there is a will there is a way
