Kneel on the floor and sit on your heels bending your legs. Relax your torso between your thighs. Keep your arms stretched forward in front of you.
Inhale and feel the released tension in your spine. Hold for 10 breaths. This pose relieves pain in the lower back, helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
