Detox soup

A 7 -day diet that if you follow strictly, you will lose 5-8 kg.

In case you lose more than 8kg, take a break for two days and restart from day one.

Ingredients:

1-2 Cans tomato juice

5 Large onions

1 Large cabbage

2 Green peppers (or 1 large)

4 Cups of water

1/4 Teaspoon of salt

1/2 Teaspoon of pepper

1/4 Teaspoon of curry

1 bunch of parsley

… and hot sauce if you like

DAY 1

Fruit: Eat whatever fruit you want (except bananas). Melons and watermelons contain fewer calories than other fruits. Eat only your soup and the fruits. Unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water are allowed.

DAY 2

Vegetables: Eat until you are stuffed will all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruits today.

DAY 3

Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No Baked Potato. If you haven’t cheated until day 3, you will have a 2,5-3 kg loss.

DAY 4

Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat the max three bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. Bananas and milk are full of calories and carbs but also contain calcium, potassium and proteins that will lessen your desire for sweets.

DAY 5

Beef And Tomatoes: 280-560gr of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid away from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day.

DAY 6

Beef and Vegetables: Eat as much as you desire this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables. No Baked Potato.

DAY 7

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day.

At the end of the seventh day you will have lost 5-8kg (without cheating). If you have lost more than 8 kg take a break for two days and restart the diet from day 1. You can follow this 7 day diet as often as you wish. It will detox you and you will sense a feeling of well being.

After the 7 day program you will feel 5-8 kg lighter with plenty of energy. Continue the diet for as long as you wish and feel the difference. By following this diet, you burn more calories than you take and therefore you reduce your body fat.

During this diet, you should avoid drinking alcohol, since it prevents fat removal. Stop the diet at least 24 hours before drinking alcohol.

Since our digestive system differs, this diet will affect everyone differently. After the third day you will have more energy than you had when you started the diet. After several days, you will feel deference in bowel movements. Eat a cup of all bran or fiber.

Even though black coffee is allowed, after day 3 your desire for caffeine will be lessened.

Bread, alcohol, effervescing beverages and diet beverages are not allowed.

When you are hungry you can eat as many soup as you want. The more, the better.

Fried food is not allowed

You can eat roast chicken (without skin). Medication doesn’t affect the diet.

You can eat roast fish instead of beef but only for one day . Your body needs the meet proteins.
