1st Meal
- muesli or cornflakes or quaker with milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 banana
- 1 multivitamin
2nd Meal (3 hours after)
- 4 egg whites + 1 whole egg
- 1 slice of black bread
3rd Meal (3 hours after)
- 200gram. beef or chicken or fish or liver
- 1 tea cup rice or 1 potato (or pasta without olive )
- 1 small salad (1 tablespoon olive oil and lemon)
- 1 slice of black bread
4th Meal (3 hours after – before training)
- 1 tea cup rice or 1 potato
5th Meal (after training)
- 150-200gram. chicken or fish
- 1 salad or steamed vegetables
6th Meal (before bedtime)
- 1 cup milk 0-3% fat. or 1 yogurt 0-2% fat
