COMMON MISTAKE:
Core rotation at the end of the exercise

RIGHT TECHNIQUE:

Your palm (or elbow) must be aligned with your shoulder and your knee aligned with the hip.

Keep your spine neutral

Keep your head aligned with your core

Use a neutral grip
