Head in protraction(face forward), shoulders back and down and navel towards the spine .

1st exercise: EYE OPENER

You can perform the exercise in a supine or sitting position.

We place the two index fingers together between the brows. We wrap our thumbs lightly around the outer eye corners, as if we have a pair of sunglasses around our eyes.

We squeeze our eyes tightly, pulling one the one hand our index fingers up slightly between our brows and on the other hand out thumbs up towards the top of our ears.

This exercise tones the eyelids, reduces the under-eye puffiness and gives our eyes youth and alert.
