Exercise of the week!Lie supine on a bolster (having placed 2 yoga blocks under it). Your entire back, shoulders, neck and head are supported now. Extended your legs hip width apart with a bolster under your knees. Let your arms rest out to the sides. An eye pillow will help you relax.
This pose expands the chest, boosts the immune system and reliefs from stress.
While performing this pose breathe deeply for better results.
