I like warm up and abs training. Are these enough to lose belly fat or do I have to do weight training?You can achieve great results without weight training. However, if you dream about having a flat stomach, you need diet and exercise combination!
A muscle strengthening program is beneficial since it boosts your abdominals, but if you want to get a flat belly, you need to keep your fat levels low. If your daily diet is inappropriate, you should be advised by a dietitian.
Training program: you should spend at least 20’ on one exercise machine such as a treadmill, bicycle or whatever you enjoy as a warm-up, but also to burn some calories. Continue with core exercises with a program that contains crutches, sit-ups, back exercises and isometric plank exercises.
Repeat this routine at least 4 times a week.
