Healthy cranberry loaf

It is supremely moist, full of lovely fruit flavors and simple to make too!

You will need:

• 1.5 cups. flour (whole)

• 1.5 teaspoon baking powder

• ¾ cup brown sugar

• 1 vanilla powder

• 1 pinch of salt

• A little cinnamon

• 1 tbsp. vinegar

• ½ cup light oil

• Zest of 2 oranges

• Juice of 2 oranges with 1 tbsp. baking soda

• Cranberries

Bake at 200 C for 30-35΄ depending on the oven.
