Healthy pizza

Make way for pizza! It’s the meal that almost everyone loves to eat. With a few simple ingredients you can make  it healthy and delicious!

You will need:

– Pizza crust from  our partner Vassilis Pallis *

-2 organic tomatoes or cherry tomatoes

-3 multi colored bell peppers, chopped

-2 slices of  eggplant, chopped

-120 grams of mushrooms (1 cup of tea)

-1/2 onion

-2-3 olives

– goat or sheep cheese or Katiki Domokou cottage cheese or graviera

 

Preparation:

-Preheat the oven for 20 min to  220 C.

– Sprinkle the crust with the chopped tomatoes and the rest of the vegetables

-Place the pizza in the oven and, as soon as the vegetables are cooked add the spices that you prefer and  the cheese.

-In a few seconds the cheese will melt!
