The movement is connected to our lives.
Although most of us work inan office, on a seat for hours on a computer or use the car to do everything that needs transport, we realize a small “revolution” in this situation, in which our efforts led us while trying to gain better quality of life !!!!!!!
Some people run, walk or bicycle, organized or not, others exercise in parks or in studios with an alternative way of training !!
Back to the roots … back to primitive motion patterns in order to develop physical, spiritual and mental balance and experience the daily life pleasantly and effortlessly.
So several training systems were created which simulate the movements which our bodies must rediscover with or without the use of a “smart” equipment such as : Powerbags, kettlebells, medicine balls because man was lifting, carrying, dangling, flying, hunting, or he was rested…
Suspension equipment, because man used the weight of his body for each movement. Plyometric boxes, steps, t-bow, because man met obstacles on his way which he had to overcome them by climbing or descending, by jumping or stepping. Agility ladders, cones, lines because man had to change directions quickly if he chased an animal or if he was the quarry himself….
…And much more…
We can use everything and make a program depending on our age and fitness level. We can become children again through exercise and feel part of a team but everyone has set his personal goal.
