Improve your performance with T-Bow®

The T-Bow® is an extremely versatile and efficient tool that can improve your performance in Pilates, yoga, etc. techniques.
Whether used to develop stability and balance, or to strengthen core and flexibility, the T-Bow® offers many training possibilities that can be tailored to the individual needs and goals of each exerciser.
~It is extremely flexible and can be used for many exercises, enhancing stability, balance and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels, as the difficulty of the exercises can be adjusted according to the position of the T-Bow®.

~Using the T-Bow®, more intense and deeper stretches can be achieved in poses such as “Child’s Pose” (Balasana) or “Forward Fold” (Uttanasana), as it allows for a gradual increase in the angle and depth of the stretch. It can help to practice balance poses such as “Tree Pose” (Vrksasana) or “Warrior III” (Virabhadrasana III). The unstable surface causes the body to activate stabilizing muscles, enhancing balance and concentration.
~In yoga, the T-Bow® can be used as a support tool to help align the body in various positions (asanas). For example, in positions like “Bridge Pose” (Setu Bandhasana), the T-Bow® can be placed under the pelvis for support and a deeper stretch.
~With the curved side down, the T-Bow® creates an unstable surface, adding difficulty to basic Pilates exercises such as the “Hundred”, “Roll Up” and “Leg Circles”. This unstable surface forces the core muscles to work harder to maintain balance.
