Exercise of the week!
How about having fun while working out your abdominals, pelvis, shoulders, spine, hamstrings, gluts and triceps? Can you imagine? You just have to try the following exercise: PLOW PREP in the hammock.
Stabilize the hammock beneath the hips. Extended arms and palms on the mat under the shoulders. Legs extended, close together in alignment with the spine. Inhale and drive your legs towards the sky keeping the arms extended. Exhale and return to starting position.
