Sesame seeds are tiny, oil-rich seeds that grow in pods on the Sesamum indicum plant.
Sesame has many potential health benefits:

You can add sesame seeds to your breakfast in combination with other seeds such as sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds. A nice suggestion is: milk, cereals, banana slices, sesame, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and raisins.
A delicious snack that you can enjoy is a fried banana without oil or a banana in the oven with honey, sesame and cinnamon as a garnish.
You can also add sesame to bread, savory and sweet cakes, cinnamon cookies, etc.
