Exercise of the week!
Sitting position back to back, legs crossed, palms upwards placed on the knees with the thumbs and forefingers in touch. Keep your eyes gently closed. Elongate your spine keeping your shoulders down. Feel your partner’s shoulder blades touching yours. Focus on your inner self and stay at this pose for 10-15 breath.
