Personal Training has become very popular in our country.

In recent yearsmost people, because of the limited free time and the desire to workout where they want, alone or with friends or in a group, turned to personal workout or otherwise personal training.

Personal trainer is required to create an exercise program based on the objectives of the exerciser and the needs of his body. In case of a group, personal trainer must be careful that the group is small and its members have common characteristics and objectives. Personal trainer needs first of all necessary and proper organization of cooperation with a doctor, physiotherapist and dietician. He must have the knowledge to provide first aid if necessary.
