Exercise of the week!
Starting Position
Lie on your back , head on the mat with one leg extended towards the ceiling and the other paralel with the floor. Arms are extended above your chest holding the miniball.
Execution
Inhale and move your arms backwards while scissoring your legs. Exhale and return to starting position.
Cues:
- Belly button towards the spine (PH in and up)
- Keep your chest “open” and shoulders sideways and back
