Starting Position
Supine position, with one leg bent towards the chest and the other extended. Arms extended above the chest holding the magic circle.
Execution
Perform cycling motion forward and backward.
Cues
- Elongate your leg from hip joint
- PH in and up
- During backward cycling motion, the extended leg feels like sinking into the sand
