Reformers are the most popular piece of Pilates equipment.
With its system of springs and ropes, a Reformer provides both resistance and assistance to the exercises. This expands the variety of exercises you can do and allows them to be easier or more difficult, depending on your needs.
SALUTE
Starting position: Sit in a cross-legged position on the long box leaning forward. Grasp a handle in each hand, bend your arms and bring them to your forehead. Palms are facing the footbar.
Execution: Inhale and during exhalation extend your arms diagonally up . Inhale and return to the starting position. Repeat 5 times.
