From the primitive patterns of motion to Spi Training System®

The man survived for millions of years since his creation thanks to the instinct, the mind and the movement of his body.

He was running long-distances or hiding, or climbing either to hunt and fish, or to protect himself all day long. He was using his hands: the crops, the collection of fruits, the kneading, the washing, the carry of woods, and cargo. When technology made it easier for the daily life, our needs were no longer inextricably linked with the body movement and  physical activity was waned.

So the gym made its appearance! The weights and the machines came to remind us of the need of the primitive motion! But the movement is no longer an integral part of our lives because nowadays we go by car everywhere, we sit on a chair during our work for several hours. The immobile on a couch watching TV or sitting in front of a computer are considered as a rest.

We have forgotten to breathe correctly we have lost the touch with the nature. The physical fatigue we feel comes from immobility. “We have been rusted” and we afraid to move and to lift weights. We have   forgotten  that our body is made suitable for all these!

That is why  we created  “SPI TRAINING SYSTEM®”  which is an attempt: to stop the revenge of the supposed “good quality of life” –which was gained through technology, to behave to our body as it deserves … to love it!

 

To get a physical, a mental and an emotional balance in order to experience the daily life pleasantly and effortlessly. To bring  play and  team spirit into the exercise, to give the chance to everyone to put his personal goal, to coexist the strong man with the weak one and all together go to “finish.”

SPI TRAINING SYSTEM® can be performed in a gym hall, at a nearby park, at the beach or anywhere you can imagine! You can use the body weight, ropes, balls, bags, drams, agility ladders, cones, barriers and everything else depending on the capabilities that the space can provide. This workout can improve strength,  endurance and  speed. It increases the metabolism and it really changes a body!

It is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels, from amateur to professional athletes.
