Starting Position & Execution
Start in a traditional plank. Twist and bring your left knee forward under your right shoulder. Return to your plank and repeat with the other leg.
Cues
-Keep shoulders over hands
-Keep weight on your toes
-Engage your core
Do 3 sets X 15 reps
