Alternating leg raises
Starting position
Supine position, hands under your pelvis (protecting your lower back), legs extended a bit higher of the ground
Execution
Raise right leg towards the sky, raise the other also, lower the first and then the other
Cues
-Lower the leg as far as your PH allows
-Breathe
Do 3 sets X 15reps
