With its system of springs and ropes, a Reformer provides both resistance and assistance to the exercises. This expands the variety of exercises you can do and allows them to be easier or more difficult, depending on your needs.
LEG & BUTT WORK
FROG
Lie on on the long box with feet in the loops and arms resting down by the side. Heels are together, toes are apart.
Inhale and during exhalation extend your legs without lifting your pelvis.
Exhale and return to staring position.
Perform 7 reps.
