1)PCB’s dioxins that are detected to those fishes
2)Τhe synthetic astaxanthin that is administrated in order to obtain the right pink colour of the flesh
3)And third the doping with antibiotics that are administrated to the fish farmings
So listening and following doctor’s instructions by reducing the fishery salmon consumption to one meal every month and focusing in really organic alternatives might help us achieve our goal ➡Healthy Diet
