Exercise of the week!
Starting Position:
Standing position, one feet on the box, arms at the side of the body, hands holding the dumbbells.
Execution
Inhale and during exhalation shift your bodyweight on the leg that is on the box and step up onto the box bending the other leg ‘s knee in 90ο . Inhale and return to starting position.
Cues
- Keep torso erect and engaged.
- Your knee should not exceed corresponding legs’ toes.
- Eyes looking forward.
3 sets x 15 reps
