Sweet potato smoothie

If you feel you need smoothie for energy and focus, our Sweet Potato Smoothie will get the job done.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp sugar free almond butter
  • 1 cup steamed sweet potato
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Serve cold.
