Reformer Tower is a versatile part of the Cadillac or Reformer with Tower. It seems to be fun working out on it even if it looks like a medieval torture device.
The following exercise is ideal for strengthening the upper part of the trapezius and trunk stabilization.
- Begin from standing position with feet hip-width apart or closed, arms outstretched holding the spring handles. Resistance comes from below
- Inhale and lift your elbows upwards, out and back, exhale and extend your arms by driving the handles down
Perform movement according to your strength and maintain a neutral body posture.
