POSE 1
Fenia performs Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana). This pose strengthens the back muscles, lengthens the spine and extends the back of the legs. Manos performs Boat Pose (Navasana). A pose that strengthens the abdominal muscles, hip flexors and adductor muscles.
