There are many times in life that you might find yourself upside-down. But always remeber that going upside down gives you the confidence to try something new and to trust yourself  as you  explore your abilities.

This article was a challenge for us. Using  our knowledge and experience we tried something different from the usual!

Fenia performs Headstand Tree Pose (Sirsasana Variation)… This pose strengthens the body  and improves  balance.

Manos performs Tree Pose with Arm Variation (Vriksasana)….This pose Improves leg strength,balance and stretches the adductor muscles.
The hand variation , “opens” the chest and improves posture.
