Breakfast:
What options do I have for my breakfast? Do I have the time to prepare breakfast? or have breakfast on the run?
Eat Breakfast Like a King, Lunch Like a Prince, and dinner as a pauper.
The human body is like a car. If you do not put gasoline in it, it does not move. Same happens to the body . If you do not have breakfast you cannot operate properly so the result is to have bulimia in the evening.
Let’s talk about the options of a breakfast.
In the case you have time to prepare your breakfast, you have the following options:
- Scrambled eggs with 2 egg whites + 1 whole egg and 1 slice of brown bread or 2 small toasts 2. Scrambled eggs with 2 egg whites + 1 whole egg and 1 apple or ½ banana 3. Scrambled eggs with 2 egg whites + 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of brown bread or 2 small toasts 4. Cottage cheese and 1 slice of brown bread or 2 small toasts 5. Cottage cheese and 1 apple or ½ of a banana 6. 1 slice of brown bread with butter and homemade jam or honey 7. 1 cup of milk and 1 apple or ½ of a banana 8. 1 cup of milk and 2 crackers 9. 1 small ball of rice pudding and 2 small toasts 10. 1 glass of fruit juice and 2 crispis 11. 1 yogurt with 2 tablespoons of Quaker or cornflakes 12. 1 yogurt with 1 slice of bread or 2 small toasts 13. 1 yogurt with 1 tablespoon honey
Otherwise you have the options of the “take away” breakfast:
- 1 sandwich with 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of light yellow cheese. Take it in hand as you go to work.
- One small packaged fruit juice without sugar and 2 crackers….
- 1 small packaged low-fat milk and 1 nougat bar 4. 1 small packaged low-fat milk and 1 handful of nuts with raisins … .But enjoying your breakfast at home is preferable instead of running “with a full mouth” and with stress on the way to work…
