Plogging started as an organised activity in Sweden around 2016 and has become a new fitness trend !!!!!!!!It is an interval training method, since ploggers perform squats in order to pick up trash, engaging core muscles.
All you need is a trash bag, a pair of gloves an athletic outfit and…. willingness to save the planet !!!!!!!!!!!!
This idea is a motive to start running. Of course, you can walk with your dog and collect garbage at the same time.
As for rubbish, you either throw them away or separate them for recycling.
Conclusion: Running or walking is beneficial for health while picking up trash is beneficial for the planet !!!!!
