SUPPORTED FLYING LOCUST, SALABHASANA

Lie on your back, knees bent, legs lifted toward the sky. Your partner stands in front of you, clasping hands and leaning into your feet. Adjust your feet in your partners hip crease, toes slightly turned out for comfort.  Slowly extend your legs, and your  partner takes flight. Hold for 5-8 breaths and switch sides.
