PRIDE & BOW (ARDHA HANUMANASANAHALF FRONT SPLIT POSE)

Begin in kneeling position extending your right leg forward onto the yoga wheel. Foot flex. Place your hands directly under your shoulders on the floor. Hold the pose for up to 60 seconds.

    • Keep the quadriceps of the extended leg engaged
    • Elongate your spine
    • Keep your head aligned with your spine
    • Thighs  square and stable
